No. VERA works on practice operations: chasing documents, preparing engagement letters from your templates, sending deadline reminders, onboarding clients, drafting advisory proposals, billing, and marketing. It does not prepare or file anything, does not give tax or accounting advice, and does not review or sign off on work. That all stays with your CPAs.
Will VERA email my clients without permission?
No. Every request, reminder, letter, and invoice nudge is a draft. Someone at your practice approves, edits, or declines it, and every action is logged.
